Returns & Exchanges

We want customers to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us, so for any quality issues with our products, we’ll either replace the faulty product or refund the method of payment used.

Change of mind or sizing issues? No worries! Send back the item(s) within 14 days, and we’ll assist you with a direct exchange or provide you a store credit for those item(s) valid for 7 days so you can choose the right piece! Items must be unworn and in the original gift box and packaging. For watches, the pin that starts the battery must still be in place.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.

Please note: Sizing information are provided in the product pages to guide you with your purchase. As it is, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. Store credit will be equal to the purchase price of the item being exchanged.

RETURNS PROCESS

1. Email info@thepeachbox.com to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your item(s).

  • Please provide your order number, and the items you are returning or exchanging.
  • Please provide a tracking number.

2. Send your item the return address we provide you in our reply.

(Please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us).

3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process it within 5 business days.

4. For returns & exchanges for a store credit, the credit will be equal to the amount paid for the piece(s) returned (not including shipping cost), for which you’re then able to pick another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit. Please note that the store credit is only valid for 7 days. 

5. You’ll now be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit. 

ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
