Returns & Exchanges
We want our customers to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us.
Therefore, for any quality issues with our products, we will either replace the faulty product or refund the payment method used.
Have a change of mind or sizing issues? No worries!
Return the item(s) within 14 days, and we will assist you with a direct exchange or provide a store credit for those items, valid for 7 days, so you can choose the right piece!
Items must be unworn and in their original gift box and packaging. For watches, the pin that starts the battery must still be in place.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings.
Please note: sizing information is provided on the product pages to guide your purchase.
As it stands, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
Store credit will equal the purchase price of the item being exchanged.
Returns Process:

First, email info@thepeachbox.co to inform us that you would like to return or exchange your item(s). We will pre-approve your request and provide our warehouse address.

After receiving our reply, send your item(s) to the return address we have provided. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returning the item(s).

Include your order number with the item(s) you are returning or exchanging.

Once you have sent the item(s), please provide us with the return tracking number. We cannot process the return or exchange without this tracking number.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will process them within 15 business days.

For returns and exchanges where store credit is issued, the credit will be equal to the price paid for the returned pieces, excluding shipping costs. You can then select another piece using this credit. We will email you the details of the store credit, valid for 7 days only.

If a returned jewelry piece (watch) is received damaged due to client mishandling, a standard repair fee of A$20 (A$50) will be deducted from the refund amount. In all cases, ThePeachBox reserves the right to assess the situation and refuse the refund.
- If tracking information is not received before a pre-approved return arrives at our warehouse, an administrative handling fee of A$15 per order and an inspection fee of A$5 per item will be deducted from the store credit.
All Sales are Final: All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
