Processing times

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours for purchases made on weekdays. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

During sale and festive periods, it may take 2 to 4 business days to process your order.

Australian domestic shipping

Orders for items under the brands "ThePeachBox" and "Marc Bale", are  shipped with Australia Post’s eParcel service from our warehouse in Melbourne.

1. Standard shipping – Standard shipping usually takes around 3 to 5 business days for delivery after being processed & shipped

2. Express shipping – Express shipping usually takes around 1 to 2 business days for delivery after after being processed & shipped

We will always endeavour to do our best to make sure our pieces get to you in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by Australia Post and we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post and do not provide guarantees on actual delivery timing.

Once your order has been passed onto ThePeachBox’s nominated carrier, please note that it becomes their responsibility. ThePeachBox is not liable and/or responsible for any delays and/or lost and/or stolen orders in transit. If an order is not able to be found on the premises, and ThePeachBox can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as the orders has been delivered. Kindly contact the nominated courier to settle the dispute on the delivery of the parcel.

Orders for items not under the brands 'ThePeachBox' or 'Marc Bale' might be shipped with Australia Post’s eParcel service from our warehouse in Melbourne or from alternative non-Australian-based warehouses using a different courier service. Consequently, delivery times may vary.

Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correctly entered and that parcels are picked up from their local post office (if required). We also highly encourage our customers to provide their contact details so that the courier can reach out to you regarding the delivery. ThePeachBox will not be responsible for undelivered parcels due to these situations. Items returned to our warehouse that need to be reshipped or refunded will incur a A$15 Handling & Postage fee.

International shipping

International orders for items under the brands "ThePeachBox" and "Marc Bale", are  shipped with Australia Post’s eParcel service from our warehouse in Melbourne.

Standard International Shipping & Express Shipping are available for the following destinations. For any destination not on the list below, only Express International Shipping is offered.

Belgium, Canada, China (please note, only Express International Shipping is available for Macau SAR), Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Korea, Republic of (South Korea), Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States of America

1. Standard International shipping Standard International Shipping is shipped using Australia Post Pack & Track International or Registered Post Service depending on which country the order is from. Pack & Track is always the 1st preference. If that is not available, Registered post will be used. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

2. Express International Shipping Express International Shipping is shipped using Australia Post’s Express International Courier Service.
