Where can I enter my coupon code?
To enter your coupon code:

- You will find a box where you can enter your discount code or gift card details.
- Enter your coupon code and click "Apply."

Can I use my 10% off sign-up coupon along with other coupon offers?
Unfortunately, the 10% off sign-up coupon is only valid for individual use and cannot be combined with any other discounts or sales promotions we may offer.
Was my order successful?
If money has been debited from your nominated account, your order has been successfully received and is being processed.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided while placing the order.
You can also check the status of your order by logging into your user account.
Can I cancel or change an order?
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at info@thepeachbox.co.
Please be aware that once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will always be possible.
Additional Transaction Fees Levied by Financial Institutions
ThePeachBox sells products in many countries around the world. Consequently, our supporting legal entity is not based in Australia. In some rare cases, certain banks may add additional charges to your purchase.
Unfortunately, this is beyond ThePeachBox's control. The National Australia Bank is one of these financial institutions.
Can I return an item for a refund?
We do not offer money-back refunds for sizing issues or change of mind. However, we can provide store credit for the item(s), allowing you to choose a more suitable piece.
Please note:
- The store credit will be equivalent to the original purchase price of the item being exchanged.
- Items must be returned within 14 days and should be unworn, in the original gift box and packaging.
- For watches, the pin that activates the battery must still be in place.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.
Returns Process:
- Email info@thepeachbox.co to inform us that you would like to return or exchange your item(s).
- We will pre-approve your request and provide you with our warehouse address.
- After receiving our reply, send your item(s) to the return address we provide.
- Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returning the item(s) to us.
- Include your order number with the item(s) you are returning or exchanging.
- After sending the item(s), provide us with the return tracking number.
- We cannot process the return or exchange without this tracking number.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process them within 15 business days.
- If tracking information is not received before a pre-approved return arrives at our warehouse, an administrative handling fee of AUD$15 per order and an inspection fee of A$5 per item will be deducted from the store credit.
For returns and exchanges where store credit is issued, the credit will be equal to the price paid for the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.
You can then select another piece using this credit. We will email you the details of the store credit, which will be valid for 7 days only.
Can I exchange an item for something else?
Absolutely! If you change your mind or need a different size, you can return the item(s) within 14 days. We will provide you with store credit for the item(s), allowing you to select the right piece.
Please note:
- The store credit will be equivalent to the original purchase price of the item being exchanged.
- Items must be returned within 14 days and should be unworn, in the original gift box and packaging.
- For watches, the pin that activates the battery must still be in place.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.

What do I do if the item I have received is faulty?
If you encounter any quality issues with our products, we are committed to replacing the faulty item.
Please contact us immediately at info@thepeachbox.co (and within 14 days of delivery) if you receive a faulty item. Include the following in your message:
- A description of the fault.
- An image or video showing the faulty part of the product.
- Your order number.

Where are your items shipped from?
Orders for items under the brands "ThePeachBox" and "Marc Bale", are shipped with Australia Post’s eParcel service from our warehouse in Melbourne.
Orders for items not under the brands 'ThePeachBox' or 'Marc Bale' might be shipped with Australia Post’s eParcel service from our warehouse in Melbourne or from alternative non-Australian-based warehouses using a different courier service. Consequently, delivery times may vary.
You will receive an email confirmation with an Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes if I am not from Australia?
Orders shipped to destinations outside Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are due at the point of, or after, delivery.
ThePeachBox is not responsible for the payment of these taxes, duties, or fees. It is the responsibility of the recipient to comply with their local customs policies.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
To track your order, please visit the corresponding courrier service and enter the tracking number.
My order tracking says "Delivered" but I have not received my parcel
Please check if it has been delivered to your mailbox, or if someone at your delivery address may have signed for it on your behalf.
What happens to unclaimed/undelivered/refused orders?
If your order is returned due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or being unclaimed, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs incurred.
Should you request the returned parcel to be resent, a handling and postage fee will be applied: AUD$15 for Australia or AUD$20 for international destinations.
I have received a faulty jewellery piece
If you believe the jewelry item(s) you received are faulty, please contact us immediately at info@thepeachbox.co and include the following:
- Your order number.
- The SKU number and name of the item.
- A description of the fault.
- Photo evidence.
Our team will strive to respond to you as soon as possible and assist you in obtaining a replacement.
What is the size of your bangles?
Currently, we offer only one size for each of our bangles. Our smallest bangle is the "Nœud d'Amour", which has a circumference of 16 cm (6.3 inches).
The "Étreinte Perlée" is larger, with a diameter of 6.2 cm (2.4 inches) and a circumference of 19.5 cm (7.7 inches). The dimensions for the rest of our bangles are approximately as follows:
- Long diameter: 6.2 cm (2.4 inches)
- Short diameter: 5 cm (2.0 inches)
- Inner circumference: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches)
These bangles are oval in shape to fit comfortably around the wrist

What material are your jewellery pieces made of?
Most of our products are crafted from a stainless steel or copper base then plated with 18K gold or 18K rose gold.
For example:
- Silver color: Stainless steel (no plating).
- Gold color: Stainless steel base, plated with gold.
- Rose gold color: Stainless steel base, plated with rose gold.
If you are sensitive to copper, please contact us before choosing a piece, as some of our pieces are made from a copper base and then plated with 18K gold, rose gold, or silver.
Will your products tarnish / fade?
Most of our jewelry pieces are costume or fashion jewelry, meaning they may experience some fading over time due to frequent wear and tear.
However, you can take precautionary measures to minimize this. Ensure your pieces do not come into contact with moisture or chemicals.
Each purchase comes with a velvet pouch and a jewelry box. We recommend storing your pieces in the provided pouch and box when not in use to protect them.
How do I open the "Métal Urbain" Bangle / "Cristal Flottant" Bangle?
The opening clip is located where the pointy end of the nail meets the nail head.
To open it, position your fingers close to the clip spot (where the nail end is).
You'll notice some grooves (exactly five) near the bangle's clipping area. When opening the bangle, press down on these grooves, pushing towards the inside of the bangle.

How do I adjust the mesh strap size on the Marc Bale "Brillant" or "Gaia" watch?
You can adjust the clasp on your Marc Bale mesh strap.
You will need a pin or a small tool to unclip the clasp. Then, slide the clasp along the strap to your desired size.

Once you are satisfied with the fit, press down firmly on the clasp to secure it
Marc Bale watch warranty
Marc Bale watches are protected by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in parts or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover the glass, band, battery, or general wear and tear, such as aging (minor scratches, etc., on the case and/or glass), alteration of the color on the watchband, and peeling of the plating.
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us with your full name, address, order number, photos of the suspected fault, and a brief description of the claim. Please note that any repairs or replacements will be at our discretion
I have received a faulty watch
If you believe the watch you received is faulty, please contact us immediately at info@thepeachbox.co and include the following:
- Your order number.
- The item's SKU number and name.
- A description of the fault.
- Photo or video evidence.
Our team will strive to respond to you as soon as possible and assist you in obtaining a replacement.
Marc Bale watch strap measurements
Please use the below watch strap measurements to make sure they fit your wrists:
"Brillant" Rose Gold, Silver and Gold (40mm diameter)
- Mesh Strap:
- Maximum (longest) setting: 21cm (8.3 inches) in circumference.
- Minimum (shortest) setting: 14cm (5.5 inches) in circumference.
- Peach Leather Strap
- Maximum (longest) setting: 21cm (8.3 inches) in circumference.
- Minimum (shortest) setting: 16.5cm (6.5 inches) in circumference.
- Nato Strap
- Maximum (longest) setting: 22cm (8.7 inches) in circumference.
- Minimum (shortest) setting: 14cm (5.5 inches) in circumference.
Changing the Marc Bale leather / mesh watch strap
On the leather strap, you will find a set of pins near the edge.
To change the straps, simply squeeze the pins and align them with the holes on the watch face.
